We have implemented paid registration for employers to make sure real companies are registering employer accounts. As our site got very popular we started getting "fake employers" sending out spam & asking for personal information. Once you have registered the employer account, all your jobs postings are free and will stay that way.

** If you are using Option 2, your employer account will be activated only if you are a real company, so you have to use your company's email address and not one of the free emails like gmail, yahoo or hotmail.
